I'm getting married in October and I'm trying very hard to make healthier full flavored meals at home with a tight budget. My fiance and I are both very busy so having meals planned is very important, this is something I am constantly trying to get better at. Baking is my favorite thing to do in the kitchen. I love to bake and decorate cookies, cakes and cupcakes. I like to cook a variety of foods and I'm always looking for new recipes to try out. One of my favorite cooking traditions was to make potato and cheese soup on Christmas Eve. This is a real yummy and easy soup, you just have to make sure you stir often so you don't burn the cheese.
