Mexican Rice II
LOVED this! I added frozen vegetables into the saucepan first and made sure they cooked a little before adding the rice, which added some great color and additional flavors. I also added a little Adobo seasoning to the garlic salt and cumin. Also, when I put in tomato sauce, I put in some salsa. You could definitely taste the difference the salsa made and it was DELICIOUS. I'm never buying preseasoned mexican rice again!
