Marionberry Cupcake
S'mores cupcakes.
About this Cook
I love to bake! I've been whipping up recipes and creating my own since I was 14 and started with a traditional Nestle Toll House cookie recipe we're all familiar with. I own my own catering company (soon to be a bakery) here in Seattle for Cupcakes & Cookies. And I'm a wife and a mom! Two things I'm most proud of :-)
My favorite things to cook
Cookies and cupcakes are my favorites. I bake for my family and friends, and clients as often as I can! I also love trying new dinner recipes, side dishes, etc.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Definitely home cooked, old fashioned type foods. Some of my families favorites are my chicken paprikash, chicken curry, beef stew with dumplings, my slow cooker pork tacos, things like that. I love full flavor so I tend to stay away from the "low calorie" type recipes.
My cooking triumphs
I would have to say creating baking recipes. I truly love when I try something new and it goes over well at a party or gathering. Baking for people is something I just love!
My cooking tragedies
Oh boy, well it would have to be the time I tried to make my mother's beef stroganoff and it was decided that I cooked the flavor out of it. I'm not sure what I did but it had absolutely no taste. That was definitely a pizza night!

Simple Sloppy Joes
Absolutely delicious! I added a touch more soy sauce & brown sugar, didn't have tomato paste so used a small can of tomato soup. It is so scrumptious and will definitely be a make again meal! Thanks for the recipe :-)

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Love this!!! To keep this short.. Hubs- "Really good flavor..Light and fluffy." 15yr old- "Doesn't taste like a cardboard box like other ones you've made,Mom" 10yr old- "These are really good"..he had his with fresh strawberries on top too. I had three, I maybe only eat one or two of the other kinds. They're amazingly flavorful and so wonderful in texture. Only difference in recipe I did was omit one 1/2 cup of milk and swapped it for 1/2 cup of whipping cream & 1/2tsp of vanilla was added too. Seriously these are outstanding!

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls
Excellent recipe! As others have mentioned the dough is sticky & you need to use 7 1/2 or 8 cups of flour. My recipe made exactly 36, I used one 9x13 and one 9x9 for baking. Make this if you need a really good roll for any occasion or simply just because!
