Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
this was an amazing recipe! i just reduced the butter to 1/4 cups, other than that to the T. thank you very much for sharing! God Bless You!

One Minute Chocolate Icing
I can't bake worth snot... but I was able to make a cake with my kids and I found them with a soup spoon in each hand going crazy with this icing. "Best icing ever Dad!" So, Thank You!!! p.s. I added a tbsp of instant coffee to the recipe because my wife loves mocha.

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts
I followed this recipe to a T, and I was fairly disappointed. I found that the chicken was dry and the spices didn't really work that well together. I wanted to love this dish but I couldn't because my kids wrinkled thier noses and drowned the chicken in ranch. Sorry.
