Shrimp Spread II
We were having company and at the last minute I remembered the shrimp that was in my freezer. Well, as you can imagine, it had some freezer-burn and I was ready to toss it till my hubby said, why don't you go to that recipe place online and find something to do with the shrimp?! I found this recipe and we loved it! I did add a bit of cayenne and a dash of worstershire along with my Tabasco as others had suggested, I chopped up the shrimp and it was fabulous~who knew the shrimp wasn't in its finest form? It was gone in about 5 minutes and I didn't have to ditch the shrimp!! Thanks for a keeper!!

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts II
This is a WONDERFUL recipe!! I just got asked to bring it to a New Year's party because my girlfriend's hubby and mine both LOVE it. It's great guy-food but us gals love it too. The recipe is excellent just the way it is but I think next time I'll use center-cut bacon as it's bit easier to deal with. Make sure you cook it till your bacon is nice and crispy. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
WOW! My girlfriend made this for a baby shower. I don't usually eat jalapeno anything cuz I don't like stuff that's too hot but I took one bite of this, I nearly fell over, LOL! cuz it was so spicy (she used the whole 4oz can of jalapenos) but man was it AMAZING!! I couldn't stop eating it...it was extremely addictive for me who doesn't usually go beyond mild salsa. I have now made this for Thanksgiving and 2 Christmas parties. I was going to make it for New Year's too but my hubby finally said it was time to make something else :)...Thanks for the great recipe, it's perfect just the way it is!!
