My family and guests LOVED these clams for New Year's Eve.
I used Monterey Clams and lessoned the garlic powder by about 1/3 and then sauted a clove of fresh minced garlic with the butter. I also used fresh parsley and a touch of Pampered Chef Italian seasoning that I had on-hand.
Thank you for this recipe. I will use this over using chopped clams every time.
