Loved, loved, loved this recipe!! I had to substitute chicken soup instead of mushroom because it was all we had. I also added a bit of onion powder and substituted about a 1/4 cup sherry for a touch of the milk and wine. I cooked it for 40 minutes without the sauce and another 25 with. Ours wasn't fork tender, but we used 2 inch chops so I'm sure that's why. Didn't matter to me though, it was wonderful and we're making it again tonight. I can't wait! :) Thanks for a yummy recipe!!
