Cheeseburger Meatloaf

We didn't really care for this. I tried it with bacon once and once without. The meatloaf part tastes good, but it was just way too much cheese. Going to stick with regular meatloaf!!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

We all just love this hearty feel good meal! Serve with fresh rolls and a tossed salad and enjoy. I brought this to a family potluck recently and received rave reviews. Be careful to not let the crust overbrown!! (Cover in foil after light brown). I do bake the shell first and brush with eggwhites. I add some garlic powder and poultry seasoning too. I add 3/4c of chopped potatoes during the "boiling stage". I add 1/4 c of peas TOPS! And, like many others, I double the gravy. What doesn't fit, I reheat for serving (extra for the rolls!). Make this. It's worth the effort (as long as you have a good veggie chopper!)

Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
My sons and husband enjoyed this recipe a lot!! My "few changes" were - I added 2 tsp of Minced Onion (dried spice) and 2 tsp hot sauce while I was browning the hamburger. I stirred in 4 oz (1/2c) sour cream into the hamburger after it was drained, instead of doing a layer and I used less too (can't even taste it, just added moisture). I also folded in an extra 8 oz of shredded mexican blend cheese with the hamburger. (Extra cheese, in addition to the recommended layer) Crushed doritos as others recommended,on both the bottom and the top. I skipped the olives and served those alond with chunky salsa, shredded lettuce, and the remainder of the sour cream I had bought! Enjoy!!
