This was a very simple meal. My kids,husband and even mother-in-law enjoyed it asking for seconds. Thumbs up!

What a wonderful recipe. My husband and kids (ages 5-15) absolutely loved it too. I did layer it with hamburger meat. I cooked the onions in with the meat and drained the meat and kept the rest of the recipe the same. The potatoes needed to be cooked a bit longer though. I will definately cook this again and soon!
