Cocoa Rum Balls
These were tasty, but I found there was a bit too much rum in them. Next time I make these, I think I will cut down on the amount of rum. Also, I made these a week ahead of time and left them in my refrigerator. They tasted even better a week later!

Baked Potato Skins
These potato skins were better than any I have ever had in a restaurant! I used a little more bacon than what the recipe called for, but only because my husband loves bacon. This recipe is going in the front of my recipe book. :)
