Le Cordon Bleu student and line-cook. Cooking for me is much like my other interest in Music and Writing in that it expresses freedom, creativity, and a sense of culture while still being a hands on craft that you can be proud of at the end of a long work day. It's something personal and soulful yet open. It's built off respect for our past and who we are and leaves us with respect for those from all around.
