The chicken was tender and not dried out. Both husband and I loved it. Quick and easy.

Being my family is from Maine I thought they would appreciate this. Grandpa loved it. He asked if he could keep the extras to have with coffee, grandma wanted to have it for breakfast...and said they might have with cream cheese for dessert. I followed the recipe as directed. Made if for Thanksgiving and will make it again. They house smelled wonderful!

Made as reciped directed except I didnt have raisins but an extra bag of dried cranberries. Family loved it.
