One-skillet stir-fry style meals are my favorite. Holiday appetizer spreads! My very first dairy-free white sauce. It was surprisingly rich and creamy. The first time I made mashed potatoes when my boyfriend and I moved to Cleveland, I opened the pepper wrong and dumped almost an entire container of pepper in. I managed to scoop some out, but the potatoes were still very dry and unsalvagable.
