Lemon Cream Cupcakes
This recipe produces moist cupcakes with the perfect light, fluffy texture. However I rate it 4 stars due to the fact that the lemon flavoring left me wanting. I changed the recipe by adding 2 teaspoons each of lemon extract and orange zest, and I changed the 2 teaspoons of lemon zest to 1 tablespoon. I also did not use the frosting recipe. But overall, these are the best lemon cupcakes I have found so far.
