Easier Chicken Marsala
I've made this twice now & loved it both times!! Very simple & fast to prepare. Reasonably nutricious & now is a fave of the kids. I double the amount of mushrooms & use Italian Seasoning instead of Oregano. As some others, I cook the chicken then pull it out of the pan & cook the mushrooms with marsala. After a few minutes I add the chicken back in. I'm sure this will be a favorite for years to come.

Playgroup Granola Bars
I really liked this recipe. I altered the recipe a bit...used crushed flax seed, instead of wheat germ; used 1/2 whole wheat flour instead of all white flour; & used chocolate chips instead of raisins. Thx for this one. Will definately make again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Yummy & easy to make! Ok, so here's is what I did. I took some others suggestions & doubles the sauce. Used a comination of brown & white sugar (1/4 brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar). I left the bones in to cook. It seems to keep the meat more moist while cooking. Will make again!
