Authentic Enchiladas Verdes
very authentic. You may want to add more cheese to the stuffing. If you like em' cheesy.

Baked Pork Chops I
My husband loved it and so did I. The pork comes out moist and tender. The gravy is great also.

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream
great soup. I have made this twice. The second time I didn't mix the avo and sour cream. I just plopped them on top seperately and it was great taste and texture wise.
