I am currently living in Asia which makes finding western products difficult at times, and if I can find them they are way over priced. I love making homemade pizzas. This began when as a child I would stay at my aunts home for a weekend and we would make one together and watch a movie. It is a fun way to include many people in the process and share life together. making massive amounts of cookies, breads and candies at Christmas for friends, family, & teachers at school. Learning to cook from scratch! This Thanksgiving and Christmas I made my first pie doughs. I have learned to make many doughs, cookies, and cakes from scratch and now working on english muffins. Cookies are my enemy. I always seem to forget about them in the oven and usually come out a little on the crunchy side. My husband likes crunchier cookies so I guess it isn't too bad.
