Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
YUM. I made them with red & green m&ms for christmas and they were a hit. They spread more than I expected when baking so I will use less dough per cookie next time.

Pignoli Cookies I
Something went wrong. I've had pignoli cookies before and they were not sticky and chewy like these. The taste was still good but the texture was all wrong. I used the almond paste in a tube and will try again with the type in the can, if I can find it.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread
The texture was nice and it was super easy, but it came out very bitter (as other reviewers also noted). I'm assuming it was my choice of beer - Grolsch Lager. I'll give it one more try with a different beer.
