Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese
Delicious! You have to really watch these toward the end of the baking time, I let mine go a minute or two too long and they were a bit burnt on the bottom. Still tasted good though!

Easy Meatloaf
This is the FIRST thing I have ever made that got three thumbs up from me, husband, and toddler son. I did sautee the onions and add worcestershire sauce to the meat mix. I am going to try raw onions next time, I think that would be good too.

Mom's Brussels Sprouts
I've made this a few times now! I quarter the sprouts to make them a more toddler friendly size... if you do this and put in the fridge for later the insides turn pink. Don't let it creep you out, they still taste great warmed up.
