Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This recipe was AMAZING! I used a cheap cut of meat, added a bag of baby carrots and two sliced red potatoes to the crock pot and called it a day. The leftovers were gone by bedtime.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
This recipe is fantastic but you have to eat it immediately! It does not refrigerate well and it makes terrible leftovers. I don't like the pungent taste of deli swiss cheese, so I substituted Gruyère. It's a little more expensive, but it's much milder.

Steak House Au Gratin Potatoes
These took much longer to cook than the recipe stated. In addition, it cried out for salt - among other seasonings. Meh.
