Beautiful Salad
This recipe has been around for years and years - and I'm glad this cook put her own twist on it and posted it here! :) It's one of my favs - so simple and easy. I've also used both pecans & walnuts (candied, peppered, & otherwise!)

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese
I followed the recipe, as written, and it was...okay. My family all tried it and decided it was a bit too dry and bland for us. I'm glad others like it, though, as it does sound good!

Potato Pizza Casserole
Well, on the plus side, the recipe is well written and explained (bonus for spelling, too! :). On the negative side (and I followed the recipe, as is), no one went back for seconds. This wasn't a winner in my family. They said it was "ok...and it was ok if I did NOT make it again." I love one pot casseroles but I think it was a bit to bland/uninteresting for us.
