Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Comparible to the cole slaw at KFC. Sweet and very good.

Pollo Fajitas
Great flavor, even without sour cream. Will make this regularly. Added a few fresh small red peppers and doubled the recipe. Used the 30minute marinade option.
