Bacon Water Chestnut Rolls

Seriously the best! You must prefry the bacon a little before you roll and bake. Definitely impressed the in-laws :)

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I omitted the apples and added about 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper and served over cream cheese. It was the hit of the party. Will be using again. Thanks!

Chicken and Corn Chili

I added 1 can diced green chili, 2 cans chili beans and 3 1/2 tsp chili powder. I left out the salsa because the consistency seemed thin. After I shredded the chicken it was perfect. Delicious will make again. ;)
