I am working mom with a husband and 6 kids who visit frequently. I like to surf the computer for new recipes. I belong to several different websites and newsletters that have recipes. I also collect cookbooks. Casseroles, slow cooker stuff when something that I create tastes good. I make my kids try everything I make. They are surprised that a lot of what I make does taste good and that makes me feel good. corned beef.....never again....I burnt my stomach when I was trying to take it out of the pan and it fell back in and subsequently fell on my stomach. Also there was the deep fried okra incident. When I was trying to take it out of the bag to place in the hot oil....a large clump plopped in the pan and burnt the back of my left hand. Still have the scar to this day!
