Beer and Bicycles are my passion. Summers are full of riding and the rest of the time is spent making homebrew. I learned to cook out of necessity and found it's something I really enjoy. There is nothing better than making a meal and having people ask for seconds. I've recently gotten pretty good at pizza, but I love to cook anything. Especially if it's spicy. Lamb Pizza. Flaming ribeye steaks. It was ugly.
