Full time working mom with 2 small boys (age 6 and 5). The kids do not appreciate my cullinary creations, they are definately chicken nuggetts and mac and cheese. My friends and co-workers love my cooking

Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing
Just ate my first piece and it was HEAVENLY!! I couldnt find my electric mixer so I had a difficult time with little flour balls in the batter ( if anyone can offer some tips to avoid that, I would really be greatful). The cake was exceptionaly moist and the frosting was the perfect touch. Had a similar flavor to molten lava cakes. Will definately put this one in my frequent/favorite cake rotations.

Slow Cooker Tipsy Chicken
I just tried this recipe today and it was ok. It was very easy to make, (first time using a crock pot). I used chk breast and 1/2 the cooking time, last hour on high. The chk was very bland in flavor. The sauce had a smell I didnt care for, but cut up the chk and served over brown rice was ok. Will not make again

Buttermilk Pound Cake II
Exceptional recipe. I followed the recommendation of adding 1/2 cup of sour cream. I made it for christmas dinner and it was a big hit, made 2 more 2 days later. Moist, great flavor, very easy to make.
