Meatloaf Muffins

My kids loved this. The "muffin" presentation is what sold them on it! I left out the fresh onions used the onion powder and also used italian bread crumbs for additional flavor. cooked just under an hour.

Brown Chicken Stock

Ohhhh, this stock was so rich and so good! It was so worth saving the bones over time! (i kept a container in my freezer untill I had the 2 1/2lbs) I think the previous reviewer would of had a better result had she used the bones as called for! You really do need the bones for the stock......Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Cheesecake Pops

Wow! What a nice presentation! It was time consuming (I even took another reviewers advice about using gloves and rolling balls in your hand instead of a scoop)but so worth the effort. I took these to a bridal shower it they were a big hit! Thank-you!

Chocolate Pancakes

I added about 1 Tsp of baking powder. Used both white and chocolate chips. We really enjoyed these. We made them for brunch on Saturday. The kids LOVED them and my oldest daughter wants these for her birthday sleepover breakfast coming up soon. Thank you.

Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Sorry, we did care for this. Definitly chunky with the nuts and chunks of banana. The kids did not like it which surprised me, they didn't like the 'chunks' I thought the batter was runny as well and it didn't make a fluffy pancake. Gooey with the chocolate chips too. Thanks for the recipe anyways.
