Baked Potato Casserole
we love this recipe.. I used diced ham, and added some fresh grated garlic, and sweet basil.. we omitted the bacon.and my family likes this recipe because there is always some left for the next day..when my kids see what I am making, they will actually volunteer to help. That doesn't happen often!! thank you, for this wonderful addition to our dinner menu.

Orange Glaze for Ham
I actually used this glaze over stuffed pork chops.. It was magnificent!! stuff and bake chops for about 20 minutes, then pour the glaze over chops and finish cooking.. approximately 45 more minutes.. serve with a nice green salad and your done.

Margarita Grilled Shrimp
I love this recipe, you can also marinate already cooked shrimp in this and then serve it as a cold appetizer.. I did that for a party I had and everyone loved it!! I am so glad I found this one.
