Potato Leek Soup III
Easy and delicious! I have made this several times. It works well with evaporated milk if you are out of cream. I also put much less than 1 cup of butter to reduce the fat.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Very good pumpkin pie. The middle pie crust was a bit underdone. I might pre-bake the crust a bit before adding the filling next time.
