Original Nestle(R) Toll House(R) Chocolate Chip Cookies
Wonderful classic recipe. Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature. I usually omit the nuts and refrigerate the dough before baking. It makes the cookies come out extra fluffy. Plus, then I only make a single cookie sheet at a time because otherwise we would eat all of the cookies.

My Best Clam Chowder
I loved this recipe. Simple, easy, but so delicious. The red wine vinegar sounds weird, but makes a huge difference. I cooked 4 slices of bacon ad sauteed the vegetables for a little while. I also used red potatoes and they were great.

Grandma's Old Fashioned Tea Cakes
These are simply and delicious. I add about 1 teaspoon of vanilla to mine. The dough is easy to work with. I make up a batch and only bake a few and refrigerate the dough. When I feel like tea I just pop a few more in the oven for fresh cookies.
