Overnight Vegetable Salad
Didn't and wouldn't change a thing. Very easy to double and substitute ingredients for your audience. Yum yum! great spring/summer side. Note, dressing is excellent, but don't be confused. it does not taste like sweet and sour sauce from a chinese resturant.

Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp
I used Old Bay seasoning instead of the Cajun seasoning. Old Bay really made it spicy. Good recipe though. My husband loved it.

Pesto Pasta with Chicken
I did not include the sun-dried tomatoes as I am not fond of them. It still turned out great. A quick and easy recipe!
