I love baking and trying new recipes, or making up my own.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'll always remember doing Christmas cookies and homemade noodles for the holidays with my mom as a little girl. Now I like doing those things with my daughter. My daughter and I do muffins every Saturday night for breakfasts on Sunday mornings before Church. So Saturday night is known as "muffin night"

Unbelievable Chicken
My family and I loved this marinade so much after trying it on some chicken breasts, that we ended up making a double batch of it and injected it in to two whole fryer chickens, let them sit in the fridge overnight, and then we smoked them on the grill the next afternoon. Everyone there loved the chicken and kept asking for the recipe!
