Brazilian Black Bean Soup
Took other suggestions to limit OJ and glad I did. Still ended up with a really strange taste. I routinely make another especially delicious black bean dish, but this didn't turn out how I had hoped at all.

Sausage Broccoli Chowder
Followed other suggestions to use just 4 cups cream instead of 8. Delicious, all the kids raved!

Italian Sausage Soup
Really really good exactly as is. I may cut sausage to 3/4 lb. next time though just to save $$ and calories.
