Rhubarb Pudding Cake
Good! Love pudding cakes, never thought of using rhubarb but I thought it was easy and good!

Amish Bread
I LOVE this recipe. Very forgiving. I make it constantly for sandwiches or rolls. In the bread machine or by hand it always works for me.

Marinated Carrots
Similar to one my Grandmother made. I made it according to the recipe, tried it, and decided I needed to up the vinegar quite a bit to get the tang I wanted. I added about a cup more. Next time I think I will skip the soup because it made it too sweet for me.
