Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Absolutely wonderful!!! This turned out to perfection. I followed the recipe, except I put the water bath under the rack with the cheesecake (I didn't actually put the cheesecake in the water).

Mexican Casserole
This was an easy recipe. I added extra cheese and chips. The nice thing is that you do not have to follow the directions exactly and you will still end up with a good meal.

Easy French Dip Sandwiches
My husband loves french dip sandwiches and after this recipe, I am a convert too. I have made it twice. Once I used a can of beef broth for the sauce, the second time, a packet of au jus. Both times I added onion powder and both broths were delicious. We will definitely make this again!!!
