Too Much Chocolate Cake
The best chocolate cake I have ever made! I added about 1 - 2 Tbs of cocoa, and 1 Tbs icing sugar, and increased the water to 2/3 cup. This will be the only chocolate cake recipe I will use! It is full of rich chocolate flavour, there is no need for icing. The only improvement I would make would be to chop up the chocolate chips a bit; most of them melted into the cake, but there were a few that didn't and it didn't go well with the fluffy texture.

Chinese Cabbage Salad I
Very very good! This salad was a hit with my husband and he doesn't like cabbage very much! I reduced the sugar quite a bit though; I though 1/2 cup was way too much. I used abour 2-3 Tbs. of sugar. I also used dark soya sauce wich gave it a darker color. I will make this again for sure!

Red Velvet Cake
I just made the cake not the icing, and the cake was horrible. I bake fequently, and have made Red Velvet Cake before, but this recipe was very dissapointing. It was very dense and dry. It took way longer to bake than the time specified. When I took the cakes out of the pans to cool the outside hardend so hard that it was difficult to cut into layers. This has never happend to ANY cake I have ever baked and if I could I would give this cake recipe no star at all.
