Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
Made these as the snack for my four year old Preschool class...teacher said they all ate them and loved them! No icing needed - absolutely delicious and I don't even like pumpkin!

Garlic Chicken
My husband (who is really the cook in my home) said, 'this is perfect chicken'. My four year old also ate it - says a lot! Definitely will be a new fav in our home! Thank you!
