TOO SALTY...maybe if substituted garlic powder for the garlic salt?

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast
I grew up with creamed chipped beef as a favorite breakfast, but with these proportions: 4 T. butter, 4 T. flour, 2 c. milk, 1 package dried beef (used jar only when couldn't find the package). Serve over biscuits or English muffins.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter
We loved this! I'm not a fan of blue cheese but my husband is so I made it for him...and I liked it too. Very mild flavor.
