Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast
I followed the recipe exactly and enjoyed. The only problem I had was that the sauce starting burning at the high temperature. I will make this again, but use the recommendation of 350F.

Spinach Enchiladas
Very tasty, easy and different. I used fresh spinach and sauteed it with the garlic and onion. Used whole wheat tortilla and salsa instead of enchilida sause since. Will make again.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
My family loved this recipe. The onnly change I made was browning the chicken and using cream of mushroom soup. Fabulous, will make again!
