Wild Rice Chicken
So easy, but so delicious.
I made this for my housemates and they raved about it for days afterward. Now I make it all the time! I don't like pimentos though, so I don't use them. I also add the onions to the chicken when it's almost done cooking, to soften them up a bit and get some of the flavor into the chicken.
