Lived most of my 70+ years in Milwaukee. Moved to Horicon about 2 years ago. Love it. Guess I'm just a farmer at heart.
My favorite things to cook
Basically, two or three dish meals (meat, vegetables, sides) Anything that strikes my fancy (except seafood.) I enjoy baking , especially bread in the bread machine.
My cooking triumphs
I made barbecued pork chops for my mom and dad at the age of 12, and got raVES. Mom made them quite often after that. I also made Thanksgiving dinner for about 12 people by myself, and it was all good.
My cooking tragedies
I don't recall any. (Maybe I'm just getting old and "forgetful".
