OMG! This is the 2nd time I have made this cake, and it is TOO DIE FOR!!! This time I used Carolyns liqured cream and Ande's mint bits in the batter and it is so good. I went the whole 9 yards and did the satiny chocolate glaze (in the microwave) dusted with powered sugar and then filled the cavity with chocolate covered strawberries, decorated with white and brown chocolate and put halved strawberries around the bottom edges of the plate. Note: I used Pam baking spray on my bundt pan very heavy and my cake slid out perfectly.
