Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
I am always looking for recipes that can easily be modified and made healthier. Although the cookies turned out good I am sure they would have been EVEN better had I followed the recipe exactly. Instead of shortening I used cinnamon applesauce and subbed half of the sugar with brown sugar. I think next time I might stick more closely to the recipe because it came out a bit cake-y. Otherwise it was a good recipe for quick and easy cookies.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp
The pasta was just OK. Not sure if it warrants all the 5 stars. I cut back on the butter and used half and half instead and it was still very very heavy. Like some others recommended, I used red bellpeppers which did add some some color and sweetness, but all in all it was still just "ok." On the plus side it was very quick, easy and efficient in putting me in a food induced coma.

White Chocolate Grapes
I made this for my boyfriend and he really enjoyed it even though he is not a big chocolate fan. I used pecans instead and only dipped half the grape in chocolate. This was a really unique idea! Overall a good treat with interesing textures and taste!
