Eggplant Delight
Delicious! I changed it up a bit by adding jalapenos (I love heat) and various color bell peppers. No salt and pepper needed this way.

Diet Soup
I couldn't find the dry soup so I used Swanson broth instead of water and dry mix. It turned out great. I like spicy food so I added fresh seeded jalapenos and topped the final product with lime and tapatio (chile sauce.)Excellent!

Cajun Spice Mix
I just made this to use in a jalapeño burger recipe. It came out great. I could use this every day.
