Okra Rice
Very tasty and very different. My family looked at this and said, "Hum, what is it?" However, they all loved it. Had it with pork chops and it was a good complement. I added some of my own spices for extra flavor -some "file", garlic and pepper. It needed a little salt because I didn't use as much bacon. Had it left over for lunch today - umm...

Chicken and Corn Chowder
We had this for dinner last night, and it was delicious. The leftovers for lunch today were even better. I followed the recipe pretty closely and added POTATOES as some other reviews suggested. This one is going in my recipe binder!

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
The best pork chops ever and so easy. I followed the recipe, and only added Worchestershire sauce as some other reviewers did. Also, a splash of soy sauce. I baked slow (300 for 2 hours) and they were so tender. Definitely will make this again!
