Pumpkin Roll II

I made this at Christmas and my husband absolutely loved it!! H asks for it every now and then. I got requests for the recipe as well. This is definitely a keeper all year round!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I like how the dressing doesn't overpower the tastes of the broccoli and bacon. I omitted the onion due to personal preference. Great stuff and hope its a hit this holiday weekend!

Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

This recipe was so easy! I added 1 tsp of peppermint extract and it gave the fudge the right amount of flavor without overpowering it. This is definitely a recipe that will be made in the future!

My husband made this recipe for our Christmas dinner and everyone loved them! He only did one change...he poured 3/4 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. chicken broth over the mushrooms in the baking dish right before he put them in the oven. FABULOUS!! This will definitely stay in my recipe box!
