Sweet Potato Casserole IV
Lovely recipe, but cut down the sugar! I used half a cup brown for the topping, 1/4 cup white in the bottom. I left out the butter for the bottom. Before adding the topping, I sprinkled with nutmeg and cinnamon. Delish!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Excellent recipe. Made it with half butter (room temp) and half shortening. Used 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar. Very good.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Went along with what everyone said and used 12 oz of cool whip. Also used reduced fat cream cheese. Worked out great.
