Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake
Pretty good! We took the advice of other reviewers and cut the butter in half. We also used equal parts honey and Dijon, choosing an amount intermediate to those described in the original recipe. After dipping the chicken in the sauce, we coated in bread crumbs and baked. We reduced the sauce down and used it for dipping - wonderful! Unfortunately the sauce separated, but it was still a great addition (we though the chicken alone didn't quite have enough flavor). We were impressed by how moist the chicken was. Next time we will try basting (without breading) as the original recipe suggests.

Applesauce Cake VI
4.5 stars! Easy to make, especially considering the simple ingredients (which I had on hand). Tasted great in muffin/cupcake form - very fluffy and light and yummy - and my boyfriend decided to throw the batter into the waffle maker to see what happened. The results were great! Same light sweetness but with a slightly more crisp outside (definitely not crunchy, just a bit firmer).

Belgian Waffles
Wow, I'm really impressed. The recipe works wonderfully. I cut it down to 2 servings for my boyfriend and me, and it was the perfect amount. The yeast adds a unique, tasty flavor, and the texture is marvelous. Other waffles I've made have had less flavor or not been as crispy.
