I have 5 children, so quick and easy is typically what we have for dinner. At present I am working full time and going to school 3/4 time. Food. I like to cook just about anything. My best dish has always been my manicotti. I really do not have any. I can create a full meal for a family of seven without blinking an eye, and it will come out really good most of the time. I attempted to make divinity several hundred times. I have used many different recipies and it always ends up looking like a pool of school glue, and it tastes just about the same!
