Classic Fried Rice
I used ground pork instead of bacon and cooked along with diced yellow onion until onions were clear and meat fully cooked. I also added mixed veggies and cooked the rice in half water, half chicken broth for extra flavor. No reason to add extra seasoning with this method.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole
This was an awesome base for a chicken and spinach casserole. I made some of the suggested modifications. I sauted the spinach with 3 clove of garlic and a small spanish onion for added flavor. I also added rotisserie chicken (because I'm feeding a family of men and did not want to cook a meat dish separate). It came out great! Thank you soooo much.

Sausage, Bacon, Apple and Cornbread Stuffing
This stuffing was wonderful! I made it for Thanksgiving to the letter. My family loved it. Next time I will probably add dried cranberries, but just a little. The apples give the stuffing a sweet, but not too sweet taste. The breakfast sausage links adds just the right amount of texture. Thank you sooo much!
